During the first thirty days after receipt of your product, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund. We request that you contact us, either by phone or by email, before you return your purchase so that we can watch for its arrival.

To return your item, please repackage the item in its original shipping container, along with the original packaging material, and mail it to us via the carrier of your choice. Please use standard shipping when returning the item, and be sure to include insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping.

Once your item has safely arrived, a refund will be made by issuance of a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. This credit will show on your regular billing statement, and we will send you e-mail notification about your return and refund.

If your urn arrived damaged

If your purchase was damaged during shipping to you, please contact as soon as possible and a replacement urn will be sent. Please be sure to let us know the urgency of the situation (such as the date of an upcoming memorial service) and we will adjust the shipping method accordingly.
