Return Policy

During the first thirty (30) days after receipt of your product, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchased item for a refund or exchange for the same item. If you choose to make a return for replacement or exchange, your request will be quickly processed and your credit card will be billed an additional $20 to cover the shipping and handling cost of sending you the replacement. If you choose to simply return an item for refund, we will refund the original purchase price less original shipping cost ($13.95 per item in most cases).

To return any item from any location within the USA, please follow these steps:

1. Call (828) 667- 0844 and request an Authorized Item Return Form. The form can either be sent through convention mail or e-mail. When you receive it, simply fill out all of the required information (name, address, why you are returning the item, etc.)
2. Place the item, and all the original packaging, and the Return Authorization Form into a box suitable for shipping. Seal the box and ship it to the address provided on the Return Form. The choice of carrier is up to you.
3. It is very important that you fully insure your return! We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. Any unauthorized, improperly, or non-insured packaged will be returned to sender.

You will receive e-mail notification about your return or exchange within two business days after receipt of the item by us. A prompt refund will be made by issuance of a credit to your credit card or paying agent and this credit will show on your regular billing statement from that source.
